Returns

  • You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order (If the product defect is our fault )

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at our email we have put at the top and bottom of the shop with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, undergarments, and customized/personalized products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right at no additional cost.
